    The UK Skilled Worker route is for overseas skilled workers who have secured a position with a UK company holding a sponsor licence. Applicants must score at least 70 points in a points-based system to be eligible.
     

    The Innovator Founder visa is aimed at those who can demonstrate relevant experience in business and requires individuals to set up a new, scaling business in the UK. To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate sufficient investment funds to start and grow their business and have a business plan that has been endorsed and approved by the Home Office.

  • The Greece Golden Visa Program is a residence by investment program that enables non-EU/EEA nationals and their family members to obtain a permanent residence permit in Greece and become Greek citizens after seven years of residence. It is one of the most successful investment programs in Europe.

     

     

    To be eligible for the Greece Golden Visa Program, applicants must make an investment in Greece with a current minimum value of EUR 250,000 - if investing in Commercial to Residential Conversion. 

  • The Portugal Golden Residence Permit Program (commonly known as the Portugal Golden Visa Program) is a residence by investment program for non-EU nationals.

     

    The following types of eligible investments will be allowed:

    Venture Capital Fund Investment: capital transfers of EUR 500,000 or more for participation units in venture capital funds, as long as they are not directly or indirectly related to real estate.

  • The Malta Citizenship by Naturalisation for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment process allows for the granting of citizenship by a certificate of naturalization to foreign individuals and their families who contribute to the country’s economic development.This process requires investment of EUR188,000 (including property lease) or EUR407,000 (including property purchase) for a minimum of 12 months.
