    The UK Skilled Worker route is for overseas skilled workers who have secured a position with a UK company holding a sponsor licence. Applicants must score at least 70 points in a points-based system to be eligible.
     

    The Innovator Founder visa is aimed at those who can demonstrate relevant experience in business and requires individuals to set up a new, scaling business in the UK. To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate sufficient investment funds to start and grow their business and have a business plan that has been endorsed and approved by the Home Office.

  • USA

    The USA is a highly sought-after country for international investors. For those who wish to acquire permanent resident (‘green card’) status in the USA, the US EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is the most efficient way to acquire such status, which requires a minimum investment of USD 800,000. Applicants are typically granted residence within 30–36 months.

  • The Greece Golden Visa Program is a residence by investment program that enables non-EU/EEA nationals and their family members to obtain a permanent residence permit in Greece and become Greek citizens after seven years of residence. It is one of the most successful investment programs in Europe.

     

     

    To be eligible for the Greece Golden Visa Program, applicants must make an investment in Greece with a current minimum value of EUR 250,000 - if investing in real estate. The eligible real estate investment of EUR 500,000 for the Greece Golden Visa is available for purchases in the Northern and Central Provinces, the Attica region of South Athens, and the municipalities of Thessaloniki, Mykonos, and Santorini.

  • The Portugal Golden Residence Permit Program (commonly known as the Portugal Golden Visa Program) is a residence by investment program for non-EU nationals. With the implementation of the new legislation, real estate options and capital transfers are no longer eligible investment pathways in the program.

     

    Nevertheless, numerous alternative investment pathways will remain eligible for participation. The following types of eligible investments will be allowed:

    Venture Capital Fund Investment: capital transfers of EUR 500,000 or more for participation units in venture capital funds, as long as they are not directly or indirectly related to real estate

    Investment or donation in the arts or reconstruction of national heritage with a donation of at least EUR 250,000

    Scientific Research: Science or Technology research contribution of at least EUR 500,000

    Creation of ten jobs: Creation and maintenance of ten jobs during the required period

    Share capital and job creation: Incorporation of a company or reinforcement of a company's share capital, in either case with an investment of EUR 500,000, combined with the creation of five permanent jobs or maintaining ten jobs (five of them permanent)

  • The Malta Citizenship by Naturalisation for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment process allows for the granting of citizenship by a certificate of naturalization to foreign individuals and their families who contribute to the country’s economic development.This process requires investment of EUR188,000 (including property lease) or EUR407,000 (including property purchase) for a minimum of 12 months.

     

    Each application is subject to a stringent due diligence process, including thorough background checks. Community Malta Agency is the competent Maltese Government Agency responsible for administering the regulations.

  • The Türkiye Citizenship by Investment Program (previously named the Turkey Citizenship by Investment Program) offers eligible individuals and their families the opportunity to obtain full citizenship and passports after making a qualifying investment of at least USD 400,000 in Türkiye. It offers citizenship of a country with links to Asia and Europe and access to the markets of both regions.

  • St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program allows applicants to  choose between a donation option (starting at USD 250,000 for a single applicant) and a real estate option (starting at USD 400,000).

  • The Thailand Privilege Residence Program grants successful applicants and their families residence for five to twenty years.

    A range of residence options are available from a 5-year Gold Card (THB 900,000 or approximately USD 25,000) to a 20-year reserve card (THB 5 million or approximately USD 140,000).
